  1. Introduction :  Langbustech University (LTU) is committed to providing a safe, clean, and functional learning environment for all students, faculty, staff, and visitors. This policy outlines the responsibilities and procedures for the Facilities Service department at LTU.
  1. Service Scope :  Facilities Service is responsible for the following services:
  • Building Maintenance: This includes routine maintenance of classrooms, offices, laboratories, common areas, restrooms, and grounds.
  • Custodial Services: Regular cleaning and sanitation of all university buildings is provided to ensure a healthy environment.
  • Minor Repairs: Facilities Service addresses minor repair requests for furniture, fixtures, electrical issues, plumbing problems, and other non-emergency maintenance needs.
  • Waste Management: The department oversees the collection and disposal of waste materials in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
